FCS Training Academy – Twenty-five personnel from the Fiji Corrections Service (FCS) graduated today after successfully completing Module 1 of the Training of Trainers: Instructional Skills Workshop, delivered in partnership with the Fiji National University.
The participants included Junior and Senior Officers, Non-Commissioned Officers, Other Ranks, and Civilian Staff, reflecting a strong commitment across all levels of the organization to professional development and capacity building.
The training was facilitated by Ms. Helen Ieli of Fiji National University, who guided participants through both Module 1 and Module 2 of the programme. Today’s ceremony marked the awarding of Module 1 certificates, with Module 2 to be completed following the submission of an additional assignment.

Certificates were presented by the Director of Human Resources and Management, Superintendent Aisea Vucago. In his remarks, he congratulated the participants on their achievement and encouraged them to apply their newly acquired instructional skills to strengthen training standards within the Service.
The programme aims to enhance the capability of FCS personnel to effectively deliver training, contributing to the overall professionalism and development of the organization.
