𝐀𝐒𝐂 𝐓𝐀𝐖𝐀𝐊𝐈𝐋𝐀𝐈 𝐂𝐎𝐌𝐏𝐋𝐄𝐓𝐄𝐒 𝐋𝐄𝐀𝐃𝐄𝐑𝐒𝐇𝐈𝐏 𝐅𝐈𝐉𝐈 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐆𝐑𝐀𝐌

Staff officer Human Resources Management, ASC Daniel Tawakilai reached a major milestone recently after graduating from the 2025 Leadership Fiji Program with 29 others.

The intensive 8-months Leadership Training course helps assist emerging leaders in the work force to cope with the demands of the ever changing world.

Mr Tawakilai, said the program was challenging and will be a game changer in how he conducts his business from hereon.

“For me as a career Corrections officer, I learnt the difference between civilian and regimental leadership styles. But my two biggest take aways was networking with people from basically across all areas of work in Fiji and adaptive leadership.

Mr Tawakilai, thanked his family, work colleagues and the FCS for the support and backing to help him complete the program successfully.

“Not only that, I have also found another professional family I can always tap into for advice and networking.”

The Leadership Fiji Program was founded in late 2000, following the political upheaval of that year a number of corporate and community leaders met and identified a desperate need to build broadminded and educated leaders across the nation. (Leadership Fiji).
