Suva, Fiji – The Acting Commissioner of the Fiji Corrections Service, Mr. Auta Moceisuva, paid a courtesy visit to His Excellency Hiroshi Tajima, at the Embassy of Japan in Suva this week.
The meeting focused on strengthening bilateral relations and exploring opportunities for capacity building and technical collaboration between Japan and the Fiji Corrections Service. Discussions highlighted areas of mutual interest including training, institutional development, and knowledge exchange to enhance corrections management and rehabilitation efforts.
Both parties reaffirmed their commitment to fostering stronger cooperation, recognizing Japanโs longstanding support in areas such as security, justice, and development across Fiji.
