The Acting Commissioner of Corrections was humbled to be invited to attend the solemn ceremony, alongside senior representatives, members of the Police Force, friendly forces, and families of fallen officers.

The annual Dawn Service provided an opportunity to honour and remember members of the Fiji Police Force who have passed in the line of duty.

Through a solemn tribute, those who lost their lives while serving the nation were remembered for their courage, dedication and commitment to protecting the people of Fiji.

The presence of the FCS and other uniformed services reflected the strong bonds of camaraderie and solidarity shared among Fiji’s law enforcement and security agencies.

The ceremony concluded with a respectful tribute to the fallen officers, whose service and sacrifice continue to be remembered by their colleagues, families and the nation.
